Green Deal Advisors Association

The Green Deal Advisor Association (GDAA) was formally established in 2011 to represent the Green Deal Advisor, but our members have been prominantly involved in the development of the role since 2006.

Our aim was to represent both qualified and aspirational Green Deal Advisors within Government, Accreditation Schemes and Green Deal Providers, communicate regular news and updates and establish Industry codes of practice.

The Association became the largest independent Green Deal Advice Organisation with over 550 members lodging thousands of Green Deal Advice Reports that were not only used for Green Deal but also RHI, ECO and MEES to name a few.

You may be aware that the central EPC register for England, Wales and Northern Ireland is being migrated where all EPCs will be stored in one central location rather than having separate registers. This brand new register will be hosted by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) rather than the current Landmark database.

As a consequence from the 31st May 2020 we will no longer be able to lodge Green Deal Advice Reports.

We trust it is understandable that GDAA will cease trading as a GDAO from 1st June 2020, and as always if you do have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

It has been a pleasure supporting our advisors and we wish you all luck for the future.
